Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over 250000. For orders below this amount, a flat rate is applied. Our standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 Business Days to reach your doorstep.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please see the checkout page for details.
All orders are processed within 2 Business Days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
We use trusted carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely. Shipping methods may include but are not limited to standard shipping, express shipping, and courier services. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
Please note that international customers may be subject to customs and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and Luire is not liable for any additional charges incurred during shipping.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 Business Days days.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
